Have never stopped using it. It's special because it's the traditional pan, requires a little TLC, but cooks paella the right way. The stainless steel one I have doesn't begin to do the job like this one. The TLC means not leaving the paella for very long in the pan because it can take on a metallic taste. Wash the pan promptly and apply a very thin layer of oil to preserve. It says this pan serves 3; for me it serves 6!;Review provided by tienda.comAll Reviews
